We are proud to announce our next seminar in Gracie Barra Knightsbridge, this time by a very highly accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professional and MMA competitor, Nino Schembri.
Antonio “Nino” Schembri is a highly skilled and decorated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Carlos Gracie Junior and won the 1996 Brazilian National Championship in the absolute division world championships in his weight class, back to back in 1997/1998.
Nino Schembri is considered one of the most technical practitioners of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the history of the sport. He earned the ADCC 2001 Most Technical Award and has been the innovator of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques like the Go-Go Plata.
Nino Schembri is highly respected and renown in the BJJ community and we are very happy to have him here to show us some techniques.
Seminar will take place at our academy on Tuesday, 29th of July - 6.30pm to 9pm.
