Yet another amazing competition class conducted by Professor Paul this morning.
Professor Paul is in charge of pushing the Team Lagarto competition team preparing them mentally and physically for the upcoming tournaments on the Jiu Jitsu competition circuit.
Today’s class consisted of many drills and sparring, always aiming for the perfect technique.
If you are interested in competition, you are required to attend at least two competition classes a week. Please speak to the receptionist for further information.
