Yesterday, 17th March 2016, was held at Gracie Barra Fulham The Last 30 Seconds Seminar featuring Lucio Lagarto & Erberth Santos.
It was an insightful and amazing seminar, with lots of details and focus on those 30 seconds remaining of a fight. From top to ground, it covered it all.
