Gracie Barra Knightsbridge Academy is offering a free appointment with our sports nutritionist at Knightsbridge academy. The Clinic is open every Monday and Wednesdays at the academy from 11am to 3 pm and Thursdays 5pm to 9 pm. The appointment will last for 15-20 minutes.
As explained briefly by Dr. Val Eve in Lagarto’s last seminar, nutrition and a balanced intake of energy and calories is essential to train with optimum performance.
