Shortly a year has passed and we are happy to evidence that our academy is growing strong. We have more members at all levels, making our academy balanced yet keeping its familiar roots. We continue to have a good advanced levels occupation in the mat in all classes (even kids), which factors in favour of diversity and spreading the knowledge, with at least two black belts on any class. We also benefit from the constant presence of our Master Lucio Lagarto Rodrigues - he is always here.
A special note on the Kids classes: we are now in cruise speed and extended the Kids Classes to Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4.30pm. Please make sure you download our updated classes timetable.
